Who We Are

Freedom Creator Society is owned and operated by Leticia Americo. Our products and services are created either by Leticia Americo independently or in collaboration with approved partners.

Our Intellectual Property

Everything you see here—our courses, templates, Notion systems, PDFs, worksheets, videos, graphics, logos, and other content—belongs to Freedom Creator Society and Leticia Americo unless otherwise noted.

What you can do:

  • Share our free resources with your community (with credit and a link back to us)

  • Use our paid products according to their specific license terms

  • Quote small portions of our content with proper attribution

What you cannot do:

  • Claim our work as your own

  • Resell, redistribute, or share our paid products with others—unless a product specifically includes a resell/commercial license (see below)

  • Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without permission

  • Share your login credentials or course access with others (household family use—spouse, partner, children—is fine; please don’t share with friends, colleagues, or teams)

A Note on Our Resell-Licensed Products

Some of our products—like The Magic PLR Template Kit—are sold with a resell license that allows you to customise and sell them as your own. These come with their own license terms included at purchase. Please read and follow those specific terms, as they override the general “what you cannot do” rules above for those products only.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Repeatedly using our products as “inspiration” to create substantially similar versions of our work is copyright infringement. Ideas themselves aren’t protected, but specific expression is—and a pattern of similarity across copy, design, structure, and naming is exactly what infringement looks like under the law.

We keep dated records of every product we publish, so origin and timeline are never in question.

What Our Products & Services Offer (And Don’t)

Freedom Creator Society provides educational content, coaching, systems, and templates to help creative women build digital product businesses.

This is not professional advice. Our work offers business education, personal development coaching, and organisational systems—not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. For those, please consult a licensed professional.

No income guarantees. We share our own results and student testimonials because we’re proud of what our community achieves. But your results depend on many factors—your effort, circumstances, existing skills, and the market. We make no guarantees about specific income, sales, or business outcomes.

Educational in nature. Everything we teach is based on our experience and what has worked for us and our students. We share it with transparency and heart.

Your responsibility. You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results, and to hold Freedom Creator Society and Leticia Americo harmless from any losses or damages arising from using our website, products, or services.

Accuracy. We update our content regularly, but we’re human. There may occasionally be typos, outdated info, or technical hiccups. If you spot something, please let us know through our Contact page.

Payments & Refunds

Payment processing. We use trusted third-party processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and platform providers like Teachery) to handle transactions securely. We’re not responsible for issues arising from payment processor errors or technical failures on their end.

Refund policy. Because our products and programs are digital and give immediate access, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. When you purchase, you receive instant access—so please make sure it’s the right fit before buying. If you have questions before purchasing, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll gladly help.

Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you’re committing to the full payment schedule. Missed payments may result in loss of access to materials until resolved.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If you’ve already purchased at a certain price, that’s your price—we won’t charge you more. Future offerings may be priced differently.

1:1 Coaching

  • Coaching sessions are booked and paid in advance at the listed price.

  • You may reschedule once with reasonable notice, via your booking or reminder email.

  • Payments for coaching are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be recorded for your private use.

  • Coaching is mentoring and education—not licensed therapy, legal, or financial advice. You remain fully in charge of your decisions and results.

Affiliate Links & Recommendations

On pages like our Favorite Tools page, we recommend products and services we genuinely use and love. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through them—at no extra cost to you.

Our promise: We only recommend things we actually use and believe in. That said, we’re not responsible for your experience with third-party products or services—those purchases are your decision, governed by that provider’s terms.

Access Duration & “Lifetime Access” Defined

When we say “lifetime access,” we mean access for the lifetime of the product or program itself—not your lifetime or ours.

  • If a program is retired, you’ll keep access to the existing materials in their current form.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve content over time—you’ll have access to those updates.

  • If we must fully remove content (for example, due to a third-party platform shutting down, hosting changes, or legal requirements), we’ll give advance notice and download opportunities whenever possible. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may prevent advance warning.

Platform changes. Some products are hosted on third-party platforms (such as Teachery, Notion, or other course hosts). If those platforms significantly change or shut down, we’ll do our best to migrate content or provide alternatives, but we can’t guarantee identical access or functionality.

Third-Party Links

Our website links to other websites—tools we recommend, affiliate partners, product hosts, and social platforms. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Visit them at your own discretion.

Newsletter & Communications

By joining the Freedom Club Newsletter or entering your email through any form on our site (including the quiz), you consent to receive emails from us. We’ll send you free content, updates, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
